On Saturday January 18th, Father John Behr gave a public lecture on the Council of Nicaea, which took place 1700 years ago this year. In this lecture, he explored what kind of lasting impact this council had, especially with regards to the vocabulary that is used in various aspects of the Orthodox Church. It was a thought-provoking lecture, and a nice start of this “Nicaea year”, with over 60 attendees.
Following the lecture we had the opportunity to hand out a few more certificates to students who finished the Pre-Master’s programme. Once again our congratulations!
